NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Three Rivers / Josephine County Unit Joint School District, Josephine County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held at Three Rivers School District Administration Building, 8550 New Hope Road, Murphy, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Wednesday the 13th day of May, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. To view a live stream of the meeting a link will be available on the Three Rivers School District website at: https://www.3rsd.org.
Public comment will be taken in person and will also be available by Zoom. Public comment requests for virtual public comment via Zoom can be made by completing the Public Comment Request Form at this link: request form by 2:00 p.m. on May 13, 2026.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the Proposed Budget, receive the Superintendent’s budget message, decide upon the resources that will be appropriated for next year out of the General Fund, and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the Proposed Budget may be viewed after May 11, 2026 at: https://www.3rsd.org/departments/business-and-finance/budgets.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
All future notices of Budget Committee meetings will be posted on the Three Rivers School District public website.
